Originally from Kankakee, Illinois, Dr. Adam Randles attended the University of Arizona, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-Med Biology while conducting research in Herpetology, studying tiger rattlesnakes in the Sonoran Desert.
After graduation, he returned home to teach high school science and work as a general contractor before a personal experience with chiropractic care — successfully managing his migraines — inspired him to pursue a new path. Dr. Randles earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, Florida, where he also received the Clinical Teaching Award for his leadership and mentorship of fellow interns.
Dr. Randles has since served communities in both Florida and North Carolina, including working as an adjunct professor for South College’s nursing and medical assistant programs in Asheville. His clinical interests include disc injuries with arm or leg symptoms, whiplash-associated disorders, and a wide range of spinal conditions. His favorite treatment approaches include spinal manipulation, traction, dry needling, and cupping.
Now based in Beaufort with his wife, Dr. Sarah Randles, Dr. Adam Randles is passionate about helping patients recover their strength and mobility. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys fishing, oyster farming, and home renovation projects.
