Originating from Eastern North Carolina, Dr. Sarah Randles achieved distinction as a Park Scholarship recipient at North Carolina State University. Her educational journey culminated in the accolades of Valedictorian and Summa Cum Laude upon graduating from NCSU with a BS degree in pre-med Biology, complemented by a minor in Spanish. Throughout her tenure at NCSU, Dr. Randles engaged in enriching pursuits, including an impactful internship at the Brody School of Medicine Heart Institute in Greenville, NC. Furthermore, she undertook a transformative semester in Costa Rica, where her introduction to complementary and alternative medicine unfolded at Universidad Nacional de Costa Rica.
In 2012, Dr. Randles earned a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL. Her achievements were notably crowned by the distinction of Summa Cum Laude, marked as a Presidential Scholar, and the honor of Valedictorian within her graduating class.
During the initial span of her professional practice, Dr. Randles occupied an associateship role in Mars Hill, NC. Driven by her passion for promoting community wellness, she eventually followed her heart's direction back to her origins in eastern NC in 2015.
Dr. Sarah Randles loves helping patients with chronic headaches, sports injuries, pregnancy-related discomforts, and myofascial pain syndromes. Some of her favorite clinical tools include Palmer Package adjusting techniques, dry needling, Graston therapy, Cox Flexion/Distraction and rehabilitative exercise.
Beyond her professional realm, Dr. Randles revels in outdoor pursuits, often accompanied by her husband Dr. Adam Randles and their dog River. Her interests include yoga, tennis, fishing, and travel.
