A native of Eastern North Carolina, Dr. Sarah Randles attended NC State University as a distinguished Park Scholar, graduating Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian with a degree in Pre-Med Biology and a minor in Spanish. Her experiences at the Brody School of Medicine Heart Institute and her study of complementary and alternative medicine at Universidad Nacional in Costa Rica inspired her to pursue a career in chiropractic care, blending evidence-based medicine with conservative treatment approaches.
Dr. Randles earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic (Port Orange, FL) in 2012, graduating as Valedictorian, Summa Cum Laude, and Presidential Scholar. After practicing in Asheville for three years, she returned home to Eastern North Carolina in 2015 to serve her community.
Dr. Randles specializes in treating chronic headaches, sports injuries, pregnancy-related discomfort, and myofascial pain syndromes. Her clinical approach often integrates Palmer Package adjusting techniques, dry needling, Graston therapy, Cox Flexion/Distraction, and targeted rehabilitative exercise.
Outside of the office, Mrs. Dr. Randles enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband, Mr. Dr. Randles, and their two dogs, River and Juniper. She loves yoga, tennis, fishing, food and traveling.
